Well, the people have chosen. Last night at 11pm EST, as polls closed in the West, American news organizations announced that Barack Hussein Obama had been elected the 44th President of the United States. Pandemonium erupted across the country, and across the globe, from Chicago to San Francisco to St. Louis to Miami to Washington, D.C. to London, Berlin, Sydney, Rio, New Delhi, and Kogelo, Kenya.

Obama’s winning was a huge step forward for USA. Americans proved their common sense and responsibility, they left behind skin’s color aspect, origin etc. I believe it was a good choice and US citizens won’t be disappointed!

Creo que el Presidente Obama es un Fenómeno dentro de la politica mundial y muchos políticos deberìan reflexionar y aprender de lo ocurrido el 5 de Noviembre en USA. Ha sido una demostraciòn clara de la importancia de CAMBIAR, de flexibilizar, de la necesidad de consideración que existe, algo que los políticos tradicionales no quieren ver, cegados en intereses particulares, lo cual algunos lo ven como natural, sin embargo, como servidores públicos, sus intereses deben ser orientados a todas las personas, se supone que tienen las capacidades para hacerlo.
Finalmente, la tarea serà dificil para Barack, y hasta peligrosa, por las figuras ocultas en la oscuridad, ansiosas por su derrota. Espero que sea un gran paso, no solo para los estadounidenses, sino principalmente para los paises màs pobres y en vìas de desarrollo.
Mucha Suerte y trabajo OBAMA, podemos hacerlo.
