Don’t know if you guys will read this, but I’ve tried to leave a comment on /fotolog, but it had already reached its 100th or 200th comment.
I just wanted to say that some days ago my fotolog was with this new style your’re testing - and I really didn’t like it. I felt oh, so relieved when it came back to normal and thought it was some kind of mistake.
Now it’s back on and guys, it’s so visually “polluted”. It’s not that I don’t like changes - I’ve enjoyed every one you’ve done so far and I think you do an excellent job and Fotolog is a great “place”, but it’s just ugly the way it is right now. The comments are right straight down the picture and the caption (and there could be some space not only between the caption and the guestbook, but also between the comments), you can’t see the difference and the adds are ugly as well. Of course, you gotta take money somehow, but isn’t there another way? I don’t understand much of internet, but I just thought I’d give my sincere opinion and I hope some day one of you will read this. I feel kinda sad about the new style. Hope you find this useful in case you’re wondering what users will feel about the change. And thanks for everything you’ve accomplished so far, it really is very great.
PS: don’t we get to choose the size of the font anymore?
PPS: maybe users could choose whether they want the new style or the old one.
